Overview
The Project Management tool gives you a bird's-eye view of all your content projects. Instead of juggling spreadsheets or sticky notes, you can create dedicated project boards that track every video from the initial idea through to published.
Each project moves through customizable stages, so you always know what is being worked on and what needs attention next. This tool keeps your content pipeline organized and transparent.
How to Use
Getting started with projects is straightforward:
- Click New Project from the dashboard to create a project board. Give it a name and an optional description.
- Set key details including a target publish date, content type, and any notes or references you need to remember.
- As you work, drag the project card between stages to reflect its current status. Each stage represents a phase of your content creation workflow.
- When the project reaches the Published stage, it is automatically marked complete. You can archive it or reuse it as a template.
Project Stages
Every project flows through a series of stages. You can customize these to match your own workflow, but the default stages cover the full content lifecycle:
Ideation & Research
Brainstorm topics, research keywords, and outline the core idea. Everything starts here.
Script & Storyboard
Write the script, plan visual elements, and create a shot list. Prepare all assets needed before filming.
Production
Record video and audio footage. Mark takes, log b-roll, and capture any additional material.
Post-Production
Cut the footage, add graphics, mix audio, and color grade. Build the final export.
Review & Approvals
Share drafts for feedback, make revisions, and get final sign-off before publishing.
Live
The video is uploaded and live. Track performance metrics and move on to the next project.

Create a project once with all the stages and details pre-filled, then duplicate it for each new piece of content.
